Killzone 2 Demo Announced - before 2008?

In an exclusive interview conducted by Gamereactor during the Games Convention event last week in Germany, Killzone 2 developer has hintedd that, a demo for Killzone 2 is surely on it's way to the PSN store.

This ain't happening.

There's no way they'll have a demo available before Christmas.

I believe at GC they were using massive developers machine to demo the game.

They still have alot of work to do to have a demo readied by years end.

Just expect a Beta around E3 2008. Then you won't be disappointed if no demo shows.

2.1 - Wasn't there a posting from the man himself saying there'd be NO MGS4 demo?

I'm pretty sure that's true, and sounds right too. I mean it's been a long tough road and it's still slow to go on MGS4, and in no way do they want a LAIR type catastrophy, so I'd say no here unless a 2009 release date is in the works.

A demo slows or shuts down forward progress to an extent, but it also does aleviate any potential out of the box problems.

I'd say do the demo and put off the realease until most all bugs are worked out.

that's good to know info on the game from another's point of view. i been seeing that Lair is a mixed reviews game. even though i see those reviews, i take them with a grain of salt. until we all choose to get the games we can decide on weather if it's good or not.(that's the ways of a gamer)

I secretly thought Gears of war looked better than Killzone but after seeing this video, I think Killzone is the best looking game on a console. I am so impressed with the lighting in this game, even the glare coming from the Helgast's goggles looks awesome. I also love the animations when you shoot the enemies. I think the single player is going to be good but looking at this game I just feel that the multiplayer is going to be amazing. I can't wait to play this game.
