Warhawk delayed in Europe

PS3's multiplayer frag-a-thon Warhawk has slipped slightly, and won't appear for download on PS Store on August 28 as previously announced by Sony.

Does this mean that it won't be available for download on the US PS store on Tuesday either, and the Blu-Ray version version will ship on thursday....

or will the US store get Warhawk on Tuesday?

If the latter is the case, is anything stopping the people in Europe from creating US accounts and downloading it?
