Section 8 - New FPS from the creators of F.E.A.R. Extraction Point revealed

Game Informer is breaking the news on GameCock and TimeGate Studios new sci-fi first person shooter Section 8.

Developed by the creators of the critically acclaimed Kohan series, as well as F.E.A.R. Extraction point, Section 8 is currently scheduled for release in 2009 on next-gen platforms and PC.

The game and screens look cool but the whole thing reminds me of Transformers movie: The Section 8 / Sector 7 & The shot around Earth's atmosphere.

So I guess they are gonna make a BUGGY as HELL game...that is poorly optimized for the PC...specially when you have a PC that is millions of years away from the low and even recommended specs and still runs like crap >.>

5.1 - are you talking about FEAR and Extraction Point?

IDK about you but the game ran just fine on my computer. After beating FEAR over 4 times, and EP 3 times I have NEVER experienced a single bug. I'm just saying, because you make it seem like a really buggy game. *shrugs*

I wish they wouldn't announce games so far in advance. A year and 5 months (at least) is a long time to wait.
