1UP: Warhawk Download version only $20?

"Multiplayer shooter Warhawk for the PlayStation 3 will be the first big game available exclusively via download (for we hear, $20) when it hits the PlayStation Network this fall."

Tekken 5 in US was $20, and in UK it was £7. Does this mean this game is gonna be £7 in the UK?

And Warhawk will be too at that price. I want to hear some definitive confirmation on price before my hopes get too high.

$20 is lower than I thought they would charge for the game. I already have a bluetooth headset so I do not need the disc version. This game is a steal for that price if it stays true. The beta is addicting and the game will only be better once it is released. Hope the price stays the same.

I do not buy add-on content either. As long as I the game is fun and people are on to play the levels I have, I can careless about an extra map or 2 and more uniform apparrel.

i expect 30 dollars for the downloadable and 60 for the blu ray with head set. If its 20 dollars i expect they plan to add lots of downloadable content. The game actually plays great and does a good job of not beeing jst another online shooter

$20 for those?? u got to be kidding me. I played so much Warhawk lately, that's a steal.

BTW the headset is for communicating team games not for chatting unless you play in DeathMatch, I played yesterday with a bunch of f@g skeep talking on the team channel. "OMG This game is cool, i think i gonna get it. I also think what should be improve..............." throughout the next 4 games, they talking and talking and talking, no team coordinating but just yapping and yapping. If you happen to be one of those f@gs yesteday. STFU.

Makes me feel like a total chump spending $10 on some of the crap that's on XBLA! This is good mojo for Sony and really starts to make Xbox Live look overpriced... an interesting PR angle for sure.

26 - wow this is amazing

the beta is just great with a few bugs. they'll have that ironed out by this september so i aint worried. The full game will launch with 25 maps over 5 planets and multiple weapons for the warhawks and the jeeps, and charaters on foot. with a bluetooth headset 39.99 seems logical for a multiplayer only game thats disc based, now the 20 dollar thing... for all that that was discribed... thats a freakin run-a-way steal and never come back price point. now downloadable conten would only make this game even more wantable and must have. i will certainly own the disc based one though because i cant really put up with downloading a whole game. now if they were only releasing it as a download only then i would but i'll have the Disc, that way i can show it to my friend, but still if the download is anywhere near the fill size that tekken 5 was then i dont have a problem either. i cant wait for this game to come out. incog crafted a very robust game that will Share in Resistances success as it and Motorstorm and calling all cars are Sony's PS3's monster champions in online. this game can add to that as well
