Nope, I'm just gonna sit down, see see the crazy ass comments, laugh my ass out, then continue my life, read some news about a confirmed PS3 pricecut (maybe some announcement during E3) buy a PS3 and some sweet games, wait for MGS4, buy it and add it to my collection, continue further with life and last but not least....let people enjoy dreamin' and waiting for eternity on a 360 version.

It's possible that it might happen, but is up to Kojima, and knowing him he would want the game rebuilt from scratch to take advantage of the 360's hardware.

For Sony, it would be a negative. But since Kojima Productions is optimizing it for one console, PS3, it doesn't really bother me if it goes to the 360, as long as their original vision for the game is captured without a lowest common denominator mentality. That is what an exclusive is.

It can barely fit on the blu-ray disc (50gb)
You actually really think that a video game does not fit on the 50gb blu-ray disc.
The only reason games appear to be so big on blu-ray disc is because they have the relaxation of not worrying about compression, and on dvd9 well they have to compress and compress and get a headache lol

Wow the if you really liked the series and the game that much you would buy it on the PS3 dammit! You don't hear everyone who owns a NDS complaining about how they didn't get MGS Portable Ops! I mean do you really think a Metal Gear won't appear on the 360 in the Future? It's not Brain Science..Lot so of money to be made, especially when the 360 installment-base grows larger.

I think the 360 Gamers will "WAIT PATIENTLY" for it to appear, regardless of all the PETITIONS that will follow. That's if your into MG series. I know not everyone is..

Shane says " Its interesting the topic of last week was multiplatform development and whether or not MGS4 should come to Xbox 360 and what that effect would have on it. Not really about if it is or isn't. People decided to pick up on things that Ryan Payton, the producer, was saying as fact but in reality he didn't reveal anything. He simply said that if they where to create a Xbox 360 version of that game, that it would not impact the development of the PS3 version. Which people say "Well that means your making it" but no it doesn't it just means if they where it would not impact."

He is then asked, "So with your gut feeling do you think it will come out on the 360?"

Shane "I think it "may" come out for the 360 but I would expect it to have at least a full year of exclusivity on PlayStation 3 and for the PlayStation 3 version to be like the original vision because it was made for that console, I mean it would have to be altered to fit on the Xbox 360."

I would hardly call that confirmation of anything other then its not really being considered, it was just a hypothetical question and after Shane is giving his personal opiniion on if it will or won't come out on the 360 to which he said it "may". Now if you or anyone else want to take that as proof its coming to 360 be my guest but I most certainly would say its pure speculation and nothing more.

This is the plcae where the mgs4 rumour emerged from. The only place where the rumour came from, and the only place that it is even stating this rumour. They are milking this rumour big time by putting it in almost every article regarding mgs4 to get more view counts. There is not one other gaming site reporting this besides them. Glad to see 1up.com has really innovative ways of getting their view count up. Almost as pitiful as the 10 reasons why ps3 isn't worth buying editorial by gamespot.

Also, why wouldn't bioshock come to ps3, if the budget of games are coming increasingly high, why not lost planet, or dead rising? It could easily sell an extra 100,000 on xbox 360. MGS4 hype is due mainly because it is on ps3, it, if announced will most likely be 6 or 7 months after it is on xbox 360, when most of the sales for the ps3 game occured. It will not be announced before, due to game sales losing sales due to this. VF5 didn't sell that well due to this.
