How do we get invites if not via Qore? I signed up at the EU playstation site... do you get an e-mail, a message in your inbox at the Playstation page or a message in your inbox on your ps3?

I'm still waiting for a code aswell, but there's been a problem with the first few beta entries aparantly & are looking into it tomorow

I renewed my Qore before the MAG beta was announced. No codes yet. Guess they blew a server when the first set went out. They should at least let us download it now while they fix the servers.

They are aware of the problem with the second phase of invites from Qore and they should have started rolling out as of Monday. A friend just got his after the close of last nights beta session, which was 11pm central time. So, be patient...Zipper has been pretty good at delivering what they promised thus far. Good luck!!!

If you were in the closed beta....then you have beta access until they finish beta testing. So, it looks like you are in the possession of an EXTRA beta code my friend.

Hmm played 5-7 rounds and have yet to notice any lag on matches, for a beta i'm sold, the game is fun as hell, and i am not a real big competative fps gamer. I have yet to hear anyone complain about lag in the game, as for any lag issues it's a beta, if it makes it into the retail version then i'll be concerned.

I see it as a different type of game than k2, halo, cod none of those have same scale this one does, i would love to see any of those game attemp the number of players mag has, if so the graphics would drop like a stone. All of those game are very standard fps game, none of them try to approach what mag does.

I have a 1080p tv, i definitely consider myself a graphics whore and i don't see why anyone would have an issue with mag's graphics, do they go anywhere near k2 or uncharted 2, hell no. But people aren't playing those or other games for graphics, the meat of a game is and always will be the gameplay.

The issue with too much happening at one time, okay mag( massive action game) thats the point, there is not many people i have seen that are leaders squad or platoon so it's a bit hectic atm. And good luck getting 32+ free willed to focus on a common objective.

And to mag players invest a couple of skill points into reviving people, it's sad 85-90% of players have to f&cking bleed out, because the 2 or 3 guys if your lucky, that are capable of reviving are either respawning, having to bleed out or on the other side of the map, going to site b because that's actually the current objective and not site a.

Show me any fps game that doesn't turn into a cluster f&ck when the right conditions are met. Okay blaster are the controls fine or are they a problem your saying both so which is it?

Now make it a 24/7 beta, and i'll be happy.

My question would be what did you expect from MAG? I can see the letdown if you were expecting KZ2 graphics...that won't happen with 256 players being simultaneously tracked during gameplay. If you were expecting KZ2 level polish....ummm...this IS the beta...that is what we are supposed to be helping to provide. As for the "too much going on at one time" statement. I agree that when you are new to the game, it is a fair bit overwhelming. You don't really understand the flow of the game and what is happening...or what objective to go for. However, once you get a good play session in...you start to learn how everything comes together.
For anybody who is concerned about it not being as fun as other FPS offerings. I can say that it is as addictive as COD (especially if you are an upgrade whore). It can be as strategic as SOCOM...especially when you have good mic communication or you have a clan that knows how to support and work with one another.
Try it for yourselves...for me...I was sold after game 3!!! (took one to get the controls, 2 to get the flow, and 3 to actually WIN a game*LOL*)
