Marvel vs Capcom 2 will come out on XBLA and PSN according to xboxist:

"Exhibit A -- We stumbled upon a European game site offering up this tantalizing product for pre-order: the Marvel vs Capcom Tournament Edition Arcade Stick for the PS3 and Xbox 360... with 'Officially Licensed Marvel vs Capcom 2 artwork.'
