Rumor Smash: Warhawk Download Only

For the second time in about as many months Sony is smashing the rumor that Warhawk is going to be downloadable only.

When contacted for comment by Kotaku today, Sony reps said:

"At this time that's simply not true. We have not made any decision with regards to distribution for Warhawk, which is due out this fall."

GaMr didn't deserve to lose so much bubbles. He's not a hardcore fanboy like some of the past members were during the earlier days of news4gamers.com I think it probally has something to do with being ganged up on and clicking on the "Shut this User up" button and the Report button.

Yea the bubble system isnt exactly full proof. Im ok with it though. As long as I have non-biased, level headed, people like you guys to follow up my stories with useful and insightful comments. Then thats all I need. I dont even need to comment most of the articles here. Some of you take the words right out of my mouth and im cool with that. So let the fanboys have my bubbles its cool. The problem is even though your non-biased and level headed all it takes is someone who isn't to screw you up. I'm new here and I got to say this site is way better than gamespot, which has just become a haven for fanboys and shoddy reporting. When I post I never insult anyone or say my machines better, yours sucks. I'm 32, not a crying kid and I own all consoles ( not quite ALL yet, 29 sleeps to go ). But do I understand right, if I post and people just want to shut me up cos they disagree with me, I can lose my posting rights? Does this mean you have to try and impressive people with your post in order to get positive feedback? I just want to be able to have my say and maybe chat with people with like minded ideas.

Anyway, to the topic at hand, I hope Warhawk has a good single player game. Too many games now are all about multiplayer and online. I dont really care about online play. It seems to be a meeting place for idiots. If I want multi I'd prefer to play my mates sitting right next to me but mostly I like a good lengthy Single player campain or Co-Op. Make it good Sony, I'm a big fan of the Original. I think it was actually a launch game on PSOne wasn't it? If not it came out very early.
