4 - Hmmm...
y'know, I could see being scared sh*tless by the sight of a pipe or door breaking and a rush of water flying out and then having to run up a flight of stairs to avoid it as it threatens to drown you. Or having to close a heavy door that would be agonizingly slow to close (it would get even slower as water started to pour inside the room for even more suspense). If they were creative enough, I could see water being even more frighting than any monster.
