since when co-op is a must?

co-op ruins single player. can you imagine mgs4 with co-op? no due to story.

I only played and finished Killzone Liberation on PSP which is one of the top PSP games, and it has a story, unlike some games. KZ2 takes off exactly were liberation left.

The only Co Op done right is in Resistance 2. 2 Seperate campains, no screw up in SP when playing Co-op.

As far as no Co-op goes, I think Guerrilla said that Co-op wasn't really something they considered in the development process in the beginning to begin with. With the amount of detail on screen at once with just one person playing, I doubt that the game would play smoothly with Co-op.

I don't give a damn if the Xbox 360 outsold the PS3 2:1 in December's NPD or not because the PS3 is still selling well for it's current price and as long as I get my PS3 exclusives like Killzone 2, I'm happy.

1) I don't really care for co-op.

2) Killzone 2 has a multiplayer mode so it's not like you will be always playing it alone.

3) Killzone 2 has an impressive, lengthy (10 hours is lengthy for an FPS) single player campaign which, judging by previews, is fun to play.

PS3 the home of solo First person shooters. It's Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros but sorry, you can't play with your friends. Play against the AI by yourself, and just have your friends sit there and watch you.

Just another perfect example of a fake gamer...and it's pitiful. How is it SOOOOO many people can enjoy Gears 2 & a game like Killzone 2 at the same time (or many others for ALL consoles)? Easy, they are TRUE gamers. Not biased ones. It's not that hard to do either.

Oh and preference does not equal bias. I personally don't like Gears but that doesn't mean it is a "bad" game. I just don't prefer it. But I can admit it offers a great experience for MANY others.
