SOCOM Confrontation to be available to download from Euro PSN on Feb 5

According to a Sony Europe PSN release schedule obtained by videogaming247.com, SOCOM Confrontation will be available to download from PlayStation Network on the 5th of February.

I have a question about Street Fighter 4. Will that game be released on the PSN/XBL and available on Blu-ray/DVD like Socom will do? Or will SF4 only be soled on disc?
