Contract between Nvidia and 2k Games.

As of December 22, 2008 Nvidia has a contract with 2k Games to use the new PhysX-technology in up coming game releases such as Borderlands, which will be the one of the first titles in which to have the real-time physics.

So physics in other games aren't real time ?
