SOCOM: U.S. Navy Seals Confrontation Trophies Released

PS3Trophies.org have just published the latest trophy list, this time, SOCOM: US Navy Seals Confrontation gets some trophy love.

There are only 37 trophies in the list but they seem to reward the regulars rather than the trophy addicts. It may also be worth pointing out that it seems like someone at Sony forgot to release the caps lock when inputting this bad boy. TALK ABOUT CAPS!!

For sure. I haven't really touched this game as I was fairly disappointed by it. I really hope this patch gives it enough of a makeover.

most SOCOMers will be playing this game for the next 2-3 years, EASY. So that trophy won't really be hard. You'll get that within a year of just regular play.

Hey, if you love SOCOM this ain't a problem. If you are a gamer looking for cheap easy trophies to rack up, then hey, you just got PWNED. XD

5 - well $39 for a used game and brand new headset is not bad! lol
i will place this game next to the (S)"hitter" and place the new head set on my head for R2 / K2. when all the bugs are fixed then maybe i will wash off the scent and play the game. lol

"Therefore, barring any unforeseen issues, we are looking to release the SOCOM: Confrontation 1.30 update during the week of January 5th or January 12th."

I think MAG will be Next-Gen Socom, not Socom: Confrontation. I also want WaRHaWk 2!!!! Warhawk is still the best MP game available on consoles imo!! BTW Socom trophies are very hard!

I guess they can improve the graphics a little, but the gameplay is almost perfect.

Zipper is terrible. Mag will not be good. Zipper ruined Socom 3 and had not communication with the player base. Confrontation is so much better than Socom 3.

16 - The one thing that's not clear with this is
are these for just ranked games or for both ranked and unranked dedicated server rooms (no custom made rooms) cause if it's the latter, these trophies can be gotten fairly easily.

For only Ranked games though and it'll likely take me, personally, 1-2 years to get Platinum and this is a game I'd love to have my first platinum on for sure.

I played S1&2 (even SIII :( ) for over a year (3yrs for SII) and I'm certainly down with SOCOM:Con for atleast 2 more years... I guess I'd better get cracking at it. Men, the competition is going to ramp up on ranked servers for sure now.. I'm kinda scared XD

When I bought Socom, on the back of the box it states trophies included. Like a friend and socrack addict said to me last week, "they're releasing 1.3? - maybe it'll finally be the game that I was promised when I bought it Oct. 16th."

I fully expected online problems, not a half-implemented game w/ broken gameplay mechanics. Thanks for the 7 maps too. An awful game like HAZE has 17 multiplayer maps lol. I use it as an example because it similarly shipped w/ just 6 MPs and 3 months later, (same timeframe) got a FREE map pack. At this rate should I expect to DL map packs annually? Whatever the case, it's utterly preposterous to have ANY online-only game ship with such a paltry amount of maps and this many bugs. And /6, you do know conflicts arise outside of the Middle East, don't you?

EDIT: @123360 - at least you'll be getting the finished product; seems we Americans got the extended public beta :)
