Killzone 2 Best Buy Pre-Order Bonus Announced

In a mailing to PlayStation Network users, Sony and Best Buy have announced the pre-order bonus gamers will receive if they pre-order Killzone 2 from Best Buy: A free theme.

They're disagreeing because you CAN complain. It's free, but Amazon has Home outfits from Killzone, which are much cooler. Best buy should at least match that.

Also, the voice chat was taken out to help them get other things figured out. It will be back soon. Don't pretend you're ignorant. Home is still in beta form. Don't complain about the Beta.

The PSN is on par, if not better than, Live at this point.

im well aware its for the preorder and nothing more. its simply a FACT...Gears2 got the lancer and the most we can get so far with KZ2 is a theme. i didnt think it was that hard to understand.

narrow minded. haha, ironic somebody that isnt intelligent enough to understand it was a statement AND fact can throw the first stone.

i have a ps3 only... not a fan of the 360 or wii, but its hard for me to believe ps3fanboys can be so pathetic they want to argue pure facts. i love my ps3 but get a life with your lame women like comments.

Fact: GeoW2 LE got the lancer with it

Fact: Killzone2 pre order gets a theme so far

Opinion based on Facts: As of now a theme is the only option we have for KZ2...to me thats lame...just like a person that says im narrow minded because they make uneducated assumptions. Sony is already starting to market this game and this is only the begiging! there is still 2 months until release and we are already seeing good Best buy and Amazong Promos. I walked into 2 different Gamestop stores today and both of them had a HUGE Killzone 2 poster hanging on the wall behind the cash register with big letters that said "Pre order Now" and a wall with rows and rows of cases with the Killzone 2 box art beside it! Just think, this game is still 2 months away. I have a feeling the marketing on this game is going to be crazy!

Glad to see sony finally stepping up, Oh and it will be intersting to see FEB NPD numbers seeing as how Killzone 2 comes out the last day in FEB.. NPD will probably show a million sold in just one day and 360 fanboys will be saying "LMAO Killzone 2 only sold 1 million the whole month in FEB" When in reality it comes out the last day of FEB

EDIT: WOW i just saw the theme. that theme is awesome! I already pre ordered mine at Gamestop, i hope they do something cool. Id love to have that best buy theme AND the Home avatar. I home Gamestop will do the Home avatar also, it will be a good way to market Home and get more people to atleast try it out for the sake of seeing the avatar, but yea.. the theme is awesome

Who knows? Maybe Gamestop will have something like an exclusive Helghast costumes for LBP or DLC for KZ2. I'll see who has the better stuff. But right now, it looks like I'm getting it from Amazon.

And besides, I'm waiting if/when the Special Edition comes out.
