Guitar Hero World Tour: Tracks by Nirvana, The Eagles, and The Smashing Pumpkins coming soon.

"December 3, 2008 – Legendary multi-platinum recording artists The Eagles, Nirvana and The Smashing Pumpkins, all featured in the on-disc set list of Activision Publishing, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: ATVI) Guitar Hero® World Tour, are returning in December with exclusive downloadable content for the game. Additionally, fans will be in for a treat just in time for Christmas with three free Reggae Rock tracks from Pepper, Slightly Stoopid and Expendables."

Not a fan of Smashing Pumpkins are you? Actually, I think The Eagles are going to get the shaft from me, but I'll still give them a try.

Actually, I would rather play "1979" over any of the others, with "Sliver" a close second. Either way, seems like a nice addition.
