for the first hour I didnt really get what all the fuss was about, but then I started DLing levels and the game really picked up.

I haven't even played this level yet, but I can't wait to get home and fire it up.

I don't think Media Molecule or Sony will take the level down. It was posted on Capcom's own site. If it does get taken down Capcom could always call Sony up and say we okay it to be up. If they didn't want it up it would be down by now.
