This isn't a problem. Its so easy to import the game from ebay.

I just don't think some of the Europeans will care about this game when its 2009 because of Killzone 2. To some gamers, they'll have two games to enjoy.

well this generation there was a big focus on worldwide releases for games and enarly all games have been able to do that. Not a surprise though when you look at previous socom games and the gaps between american and eu releases, particulary socom 3 which was ridiculously late over here

Slant 6 is the worst gamming company in the vid game industry.
The community during the beta told them not to release the game, since it was broke, they did, got their money, and we are still beta testing the game for releases in other regions.
The game still has MAJOR flaws in it, does NOT meet all the specs. as posted on the retail box.
What they heck good is a game, which CANT tally up scores properly /

Once again, us europeans are shafted by those damn japs.. it's bad enough that we have to wait months on end for nintendo to release stuff over here.. and tales of vesperia never makes it over here.. now we get this?? While it might be broken, it would be nice whether or not we can play it just like everyone else can. To top it all off.. we generally pay quite a bit more for our games too.

i think this game is terrible anyways. EU owners/ It's only SOCOM. If it was Killzone delay then we have something to talk about but this... pfft it's not even made by the real people.

it just make me get crazy when soemting goes worng n i die becaose of teh game n not because of me, but the game is verry adictive n is just soemting diferent from killzone2 im a killzone fan n i have been in the beta since it stars but i play same or more of socom because i cant be playing one game only we are gamers n someting diferent is good n socom is that special unique game adictive n verry fun if you r in a clan, n if you guys really love this want n wnat it import it that what i do whit pro evolution soccer i improted the game every year. n i dont cry like you.

surprise if Sony delays this game in Europe.

I think Sony took a big gamble in releasing this game in NA this year. Perhaps Sony knows that most SOCOM fans are in NA so they released it anyways for them and shore up its lineup for this Holiday season.

It is obvious that most hardcore SOCOM fans are still happy with it but other mainstream gamers aren't. Time will tell if Sony's gamble will pay off or not in this situation. For me personally i still think they should have delayed it.
