fall or spring it doesn't matter.. just as long as they make it perfect and add some damage effect then its ok if it gets delayed just a little... right now i'm still enjoying gt5 prologue and burnout paradise...

They did unveil it already. It was called Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. We know what to expect. We expect Gran Turismo 5 Prologue with 10x the courses and 100x the automobiles. No real need to do some kind of expensive "unveil."

Yah, my point is I think this makes the case that GT5 is not coming in Spring just because a car magazine is confused. Its only common sense that the cars in the prologue are going to also be in ....The Full Game.

Another reason its bunk is that GT5P still has not got its big update thats coming and we are nearing 09. So I think at the earliest we see GT5 is summer 09.

Force Unleashed.

I've played the hell out of CoD and Warhawk at a friends house.. Not really much for me to look forward to there.
So why would I just buy a console for 1, maybe 2 games? No point.
Not really into shooters, although there are a few I wouldn't mind owning for giggles. Resistance just did absolutely nothing for me, so I'm not even considering that. Honestly, I am waiting on the newer Ps3, 160 gig?

I'm seeing what Sony is doing here for 09. They're actually releasing all the big hits in each different seasons. Killzone 2 for Early Winter, Infamous for Spring, Heavy Rain/GT5 for Summer, Heavy Rain/GT5 for Fall, and GoW3 for Late Winter. Oh please let it happen! I'll be in gaming heaven if it does happen like that! Non-stop gaming on the PS3...

Edit: I know there are many other games, but I'm just listing these for now because I don't want to broke my wallet again like this season...

Custom paint jobs DOES NOT make 1 RACING game better than the other. It boils down to vehicles types available, how the cars feel, tracks available as well as graphics...custom paint jobs nice to have but have never and will never be essential to a racing game

Damage adds to realism and it will be added...everything else i don't want and don't need

It's called engine swap. That's the beauty of forza. A Front wheel car can operate rear wheel with an engine swap. That means you can alter the the accelerator and decelerator of a car. meaning, you can drive the car to respond to what ever you like it to.

Seriously there is nothing wrong with more tuning options but custom paint jobs is just forza fan boy. It is not even close to being an essential feature. But forza fanboys always yell custom paint jobs because thats all they have to cling to.

Even as shallow as GT is its still better than forza

..while spring seems a little unlikely, there's no denying GT5 is a 2009 release.... and will outsell anything coming out on the 360 lol
