SOCOM 1.30 Update to Add Trophies & Dolphin Diving

SOCOM: Confrontation is going to finally be getting some trophy action with the next update. The 1.30 update (or patch if you are a PC kind of guy) will also include some things you may find good or bad. Among them is Dive to Prone, or as it's more commonly known, dolphin diving.

1 - i had my copy of socom on ebay but i decided to try it with patch 1.20
and the game felt so much better, even the controllers were tighter and it ran smoother imo.. so i took it off of ebay and i'm glad i did.. i had a blast playing yesterday.

To whoever hasn't tried the new patch yet.. give it a try.. is not perfect yet but it feels much better..

on Socom

im a huge Socom fan so im buying the game someday in the next souple monts. Im just waiting for everything to be worked out. It seems they are heading in the right direction

in the mean time i have Dead Space Fallout and soon will have R2

cant wait!!!
I just wish I had more time on my hands, with work and family taking up most of it. And yeah I'm completely entrenched in the waste land of Washington DC.

my time is spent working and right now work is crazy. It feels im always behind

also

I can afford anything i wanted when it comes to games but its more a fact that i hate buying a game and not beating it! Fallout has put my Dead Space on hold at chapter 11! Socom is the type of game you need to play ALOT to get good at! R2 co-op beta was really fun because it made ppl talk and use team work and i understand the game offers massive hours of game!

and still
i dont have LBP and i know there will be a couple PSN games i will want to buy other then Socom

2much stuff in a short period of time. My backlog will be crazy when the new year hits

This probably sounds like a noob question but is dive position when you laying flat on your stomach. Just wondering what dolphin diving is.

It's when you're running and suddenly need to get low. In other SOCOMs you just dive to the ground but in SOCOM:Con, so far, you stop-kneel-lay. It's not a smooth transition.
