Ive lost interest in FF. The last few i didn't think to be that good and Mass Effect has up the anti in rpgs of this nature, it makes FF seem stuck in the past.
I might be wrong but judging by what ive seen and how long the damn thing is taking i won't hold my breath.

Why has it taken them this long to show gameplay? They built twelve up so much, then I bought it, and immediately declared final fantasy dead to me forever. They've yet to beat 3(6) although 7 came close... the last good ff was 10. ff11 was a joke of an online game, and since then they've been butchering the series with countless remakes and sequels. (bar ff7:ac, which was kick ass).

What I'm trying to say is, I've lost all or any interest in the series, while I'm watching ff13 and any news referrin to it, I'm not expecting anything good. 12 just killed it for me... took too long to be released, and it was probably the worst story in the history of the series, if final fantasy 13 turns out good, it will only be because anything would be an improvement over 12.

Yay. I'm going to lose bubbles, can't wait. :P

whats your problem with ff12, it got near perfect scores across the board and as someone that played it all the way through i got to say it was really good, especially the new battle system.

also alot of the sequels they have made have been really good such as tactics a2 for ds and crisis core for psp.

and as for the length of time it takes them to make the games i think thats just you being overly critical. it just takes time to make good games simple as that.
