I like the way the trailer is laid out setting the mood, except I don't like the mix of real actors and the game footage.... It made the game graphics look crappy due to the real actors (and not because of the game itself)

2.1 - Yeah I just got into beta last night...
...and I have to agree this is an awesome game. I cannot wait to get my hands on a retail copy. Also the ad was pretty good. I enjoyed it. I have only played deathmatches but cannot wait to enjoy some coop this weekend. So glad I have a mic, I could see some very coordinated matches getting really nasty and really fun.

In the gaming world though Resistance 2 just beat it's competition on the TV ad front as well.

Not the best but still pretty cool game footage (what they showed of it). I been playing the beta now a few times. That orick level has some good detail (all except for the water). I am looking forward to playing the single player campaign as the online seems a bit laggy but then again...it is just a beta.

I liked it.

I think Sony does good ads in general. The black octupus morphing thingy was/is pretty neat.

They are running a Motorstorm ad now during sporting events where guys jump out of a plane on their respective vehicles.

I saw this TV commercial for the first time Monday night and really liked it. The thing I like about this R2 commercial is that it had me hooked from start to finish, and the commercial defiantly isn't forgettable either because it's like almost no other commercial I've ever seen.
