Good,exclusive demos are hardly advantageous to the publishers who want to sell as much as possible. If it is third party, don't expect day 1 purchase out of me if there is no demo or at least A LOT of positive reviews. Economy is crap right now and $60 is a lot to spend without warrant of quality.

First party I trust more and tend to have more gameplay pics and impressions to go on.

So Tomb Raider Underworld's demo is 360 exclusive, EndWar's demo is timed-exclusive... When will it stop? Can't we have the same thing for everyone? Is Microsoft involved in those decisions, and if yes, what does it change for them to have exclusive demos, unless pissing PS3 owners off?

I really wanted to try the game, but being a ps3 only owner I was a bit disappointed that the demo wasn't ps3 bound. now I'm happy and wondering what will Ubisoft do about the countries that aren't in the war like the UK and Canada (I understand there is a 'New' Commonwealth') but I really want to play Canadians as I am one myself. I'll have to see if the demo impresses me, if it doesn't I'll probably wait for an expansion or the followup.

Microsoft didn't manage to secure full exclusivity of Ubisoft's upcoming EndWar, as they had done with Tomb Raider: Underworld.

Microsoft has issued a statement apologising to all 360 fanboys who were ready to throw EndWar's 360 demo exclusivty at the face of PS3 owners.

There is no way in hell a game like this could be released only for the cheezy xbox. The fact that programmers need to go back to the drawing board for cell programming, shows that the door is closing on Microsoft.

They'd better get back to basics:

One operating system....that WORKS!

They've had a death grip on workstations for the longest time, but, they had to get greedy, didn't they, instead of just making windows an excellent OS, as opposed to the best OS you can ONLY buy for PC's, they had to put their hands in mobile devices, and game consoles.

And who was the clown that reported NO demo for PS3? I'd like to pound him over the head with a 'red-circle-of-death-xbox'. Moron, you'd believe that?

Its not a good sign when industry reps don't know enough about their own product...or, deliberately mislead people. I'm sure part of it was for shock effect...

Look fact of the matter is, that demo is great on PS3...I will be buying it when its released...

Pure and simple. Xbox is a limited dinosaur. I hope those guys have some jobs lined up at Microsoft...maybe they could build a windows exclusive PC out of the Xbox junk they have left over...
