Well Metal Gear Solid is the only game so far that can compete with this, but they're totally different genres, so no comparison at all there. Playstation really pulled a good year with the big hits and games that are totally anal screwing the meta scores.

Ccould you imagine the possibilites had they given us moves for our Sackboy? Like, for instance, being able to place objects in our Sackboys hands and give them physics? How about a whip? Being able to recreate a Castlevania or Indiana Jones level. I can see so much that can still be done with LBP.

I hope they make adjustments as needed via DLC and patch work. This and fable 2 are my most anticipated games this year.

Also, I hope they add WATER to the game in a future update. The game basically is an interactive physics simulator, and water in video games is VERY demanding when it comes to calculating physics operations. Let's hope that MM adds it sometime down the road, as it's the one feature that I wish the game had the most.

Interesting, I never really gave thought to water. That would definitely pose some interesting issues though. Would cardboard get soggy? Would sponges retain water? Would sackboy retain water? lol imagine a waterlogged sackboy

Honestly water may need to be a LBP2 thing, it would be awesome though.

MGS4 very well deserved its 10s and so will LBP. The beta ended yesterday and I'm already missing it, and that was just a beta with fraction of tools and only few thousand creative minds. Imagine when millions get their hands on this, its going to grow like a monster blob.

This game is a clear 11............... some scores have already dipped as low as 9 . But who really cares as this game will BLIND THE COMPETITION no matter what score they attach ....... no small feet indeed .

Anyone scoring this game less than a perfect score might as well put on a BIB and prepare to eat crow.
