TGS 2008: New FFXIII and Versus XIII Trailers Detailed

NeoGAF user Autumn Thread was lucky enough to be one of the few who viewed the Final Fantasy XIII Live Premiere at the PlayStation Hall at 16:00 today. i have two theories:

1. Because they have nothing to show.
2. Square Enix have become so lost in their own hype, they think they can show games in the ridiculous closed mega theater, keep them hidden from the public and string them along with nothing until just before release when they'll give away everything in one fell hype-filled swooop.

7 - i really hope ff13 is awesome
square has lost its former glory. none of their recent efforts have really grabbed me. it seemsm mistwalker is doing a better job with the rpgs, as i thought blue dragon and lost odyssey were freaking awesome. i just hope that ff13 doesn't play itself like ff12.

I was angry 2 about not showing anything but I realized that this is gamers best intrest, why?!! cause with game like final fantasy if you saw too much you will spoil the game for your self , cause the game strongess is with fantasy world and ideas so if you saw the pictures yo will spoil the game, and with not showing too much you just want the game so much until it release .
