THQ On Saints Row 2 Nudity

The original Saints Row from 2006 was an exercise is drug use, highly suggestive sexual themes and other grown-up pastimes.

So it wasn't too surprising when a video popped up of a naked woman streaking in the upcoming Saints Row 2.

But will games industry critics jump on the M-rated game like they have with countless other titles?

"In terms of backlash from the game's content, we are not too concerned," said Craig Mitchell with THQ media relations.

1 - So what...
When has blurry fog (censored nudity) been called nudity?

And yes to answer people, the digitization of the parts is built into the game and wasn't modded from the video poster.

This is honestly no different then what The Sims did, technically.

People calling this nudity should get a life.

Anyways, this game looks like a blast and I can't wait to have fun doing all the crazy crap from store robbery to streaking!

Hmm, so we're more concerned about the nudity than we are about the stealing, looting, shooting mayhem etc?

We let kids play star wars games when they're really young but they have to wait until they're 18 until they can see some bush?

Oh well, long live the internet and beneath dad's bed for lewd and obscene materials!

I totally agree, cannot understand why nudity is such a big deal but glorified gore and violence is ok. Fallout 3 or Gears 2 are extremely violent or gory no prob, then comes Mass Effect with a timid pseudo lesbian love scene and the media go on fire, hypocresy to the max, when a teenager is far more probable seeing nudity in any party than brains being blown out.

Haha! That video was hilarious. Especially the teabag-a-cop toward the end.
