Confirmed: Call of Duty: World at War perks list

A little over a week ago we leaked a rumored list of perks for Call of Duty: World at War. We can now confirm that the list was in fact 100% accurate, with perks such as Juggernaut, Martyrdom, and Sleight of Hand making a return. Overall, 15 of the 33 perks are new, with unique additions such as the M2 Flamethrower and Toss Back.

God, I hate martyrdom. I play hardcore tdm and I'm always killed by noobs that leave that perk on. I can usually anticipate it when its the enemy, but when I'm ducking for cover from enemy fire and a friend gets capped, the last thing you want to hear is a grenade falling off his belt and landing 2 feet from your face.

This could potentially be better than COD4, in my opinion. I hated UAV in COD4, and the UAV blocker perk always wasted my second spot. It looks like radar won't come into play in this version.

I'm also kind of missing a good WWII game. I recently played the Brothers in Arms demo, and although it wasn't the greatest thing ever, I kind of miss the old weapons.

The new perks look awesome too. I always like playing a medic, so the "Second Chance" perk will definitley be one of my favorites. Vehicles should spice things up as well. Hopefully they don't fall as flat as they did in COD3 though.

Personally, this list has got me excited again.

Combine camouflage with dead silence and your going to have a lot of dead n00bs on the other end of my rifle scope.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that cod5 has a feature similar to uav radar after 3 kills in a row. Sorry I don't have a link, but I'm positive I read that in a preview.

I'm interested in the vehicles too, and how they'll change the gameplay, I could see it working both ways. there was already way too much camping in cod4, camping + tanks may not work out so well.

Yes, it's called "Spotter Plane", I don't know how it will compare to the radar, though.

Wasn't toss back already on COD4? The M2 flamethrower seems pretty cool though.

Yea you can throw back grenades in cod4, but the timer doesn't reset, and since everyone cooks grenades anyway, its a pretty useless skill. The cod5 perk resets the timer. Its a good idea for countering all the grenade spam, but I'll probably just stick with deep impact for that slot.

If the nade is going to kill many of my team mates, i'll grab it and try to throw it away so the number of kills the enemy gets is no more than one.
