...since being in the Beta, I've realized that Home is not like a game that needs you to like it. Home will be a necessity for any PS3 owner who goes on-line.In my opinion, that is why Sony is getting it perfect, because EVERYONE will be using it. Like it or not, you're riding this pony.

I'm in the HOME beta as well and while it's very cool and I can see everyone using it, it's not anything to get overly upset about taking too long to make. It's being refined and already has a great foundation but it's not like because it's taking longer to build it will become stale and thus unusable. I don't understand the "I want it NOW!" mentality of some folks. When you get it, you'll understand.

Release it as soon as possible, Sony.
A period of free time for the public has almost all gone (being summer) and people won't have as much free time to use it.
Its now or never, you need to release it before October, advertise it as part of the PS3 or you are missing out a great chance on 'Holiday sales.

What you're referring to as "buying" as HOME is free unless you're looking for that sexy virtual pair of pants you just have to have.

Guys, Home is a free service. All of the games, videos, and other things I cannot discuss in Home are all complimentary. Not $5 a month, not $.99 per login, free. So be patient and stop overhyping something only to be disappointed when it gets delayed.

"I'm not playing it unless they release it now." some will say.. Oh no! We can't go on unless you play it! The significance of you not enjoying a free service like Home is surely to cause Sony to rethink their whole plans! Get a grip, Nancy's. Home isn't the 2nd coming and neither is your refusal to play it.

For your average, non-sitting-on-the-internet-al l-day PS3 buyer, they have no clue Home is coming and in turn aren't disappointed like some are acting. When it comes they will be blown away due to the fact they never saw it coming. The delays were only to increase the quality of the service, not to infuriate fanboys, despite popular opinion.

I'd say MOST people don't know what it is, or at least won't acknowledge what it is supposed to be. Even journalists still compare it to Second Life which is a game. Home is supposed to be an interactive tool.

Well I had been traveling and got home last night and downloaded the beta. I haven't seen anything with so many customization options. Community on Live? What community? On Live I might as well be facing the wall.
