I have to disagree with you, but because this game has looked good for awhile.. Alot of the screen shots coming out have been old for whatever reason..

Socom isnt a hardware pusher, although some would want to see better graphics. but socom was all about the online mode.

i had like 7 of them man they kept breaking XD.

yea if you didnt have a mic for any socom game then you were usually voted out XD. this is the most tactical game i have ever played, and did you hear?- you can hear your enemy through a wall if they are talking close to you, their voices will be muffled and stuff so your gunna have to whisper when you come to a hot zone ya know. omg i just got my self excited....

and i only played single player games anyway. my PS3 opened me up to online gaming with resistance and since then it's been amazing gaming online.

Socom was never big on my list because i wasn't into online on the PS2. Still it is regarded as one of the ebst online tactical shooters of all time and a blast.

I'm not a socom junkie but i'm sure i can get into it. Thats what the beta is for. join the beta and see for yourself thats the best ticket for you.

for me the online and gameplay is whats gonna keep me online and how well everything looks, plus all the trophies if you like them...

give it a go with the beta and you'll experience socom for the first time like me when it launches on the 5th or the 12th if you're a Qore subscriber

you are just like me , i've never got to play online on my ps2 ,i used to play games just for the story and i still do(mgs4 latest example) but since i've got my ps3 and picked up a copy of resistance fall of man and after finished the nice story i started to play online and i loved it then i bought more online games motorstorm,cod4,ut3,gt5p,gta4 and then i bought warhawk(wow its the only online multiplayer that i cant stop playing every time i get a new game (mgs4,gta4,cod4,gt5p etc) and i get bored of it ,i come back to warhawk lol, i've got qore so im gonna be in the beta i hope i like it if not theres motorstorm2,lbp,r2 so no biggie lol

Wastn Splitter Cell send to the drawing board since mgs4 came out?, well i guess a 3 hour games dont cut it this days.

Heres is my bet theyll release a Splitter cell with 5 hour of gameplay, 2 cut escene to say they have plot(like in double agent) and the same bad multiplayer as the last 3 games.

I am a gangsta is probably just some overweight 15 year old who comes on here and bashes everything ps3 related cause his Xbox 360 got the red ring of death. I'm still laughing at the first time we met when he caps lock yelled "LETS TAKE THIS TO THE FORUMS!". lmao
