1 - When the game first came out, it was a 7.5~8.

But with all the new updates, it definitely deserves a 9. The gameplay is damn near perfect, and SO engrossing. I love the new tutorials as well.

My manager plays this game like crazy first he got a ps3 just for Blu-Ray then I mention Gamefly to him so he got that and picked up Warhawk. I told him he might not like it because it's online only the next day he came into work and he said he loves this game. He plays no other game but Warhawk, I told him about Uncharted but He didn't really like that too much, the only game he plays is Warhawk.

I just bought this the other day and it is incredible. I was getting my ass handed to me for the first 5 or so hours but once I got a feel for it I couldn't put the game down. I've been having so much fun with the proximity mines lol. As soon as those PSN cards hit 7-11 I'm getting the booster combo.

Pro Tip... If you own a PS3 and don't own Warhawk do yourself a favor and buy the game :)

every booster pack that's released has me coming back for more. It's always as much fun to play now as it was on day one. You can tell by this thread the game is still loved by many, no one in here is disagreeing, A must buy for any ps3 owner. Oh and nice shirt holmes.

11 - Im one of those people who bought Warhawk at launch and didnt play it again

Ive bought every map pack to date,, and I must say that this game felt totally incomplete till the last mappack. Im totally into this game now that I can use a jet pack. The game totally feels different and the music and trophies have truly made this game a gem in the Sony brand. I can say that I havent had this much fun since COD4 first came out. This game is a must for anyone who is into shooters and doesn't mind online gaming. This is the Halo killer everyone has been waiting for.

I only brought warhawk to play against my buddies and wasn't expecting much from it. It really got me into online gaming single handedly. I was pretty addicted to it for about 3 months straight until Team Fortress 2. I've been playing with custom soundtracks since the update and it's like breathing fresh air into the game again. It's pretty awesome.

I've logged about 150 hours or so, from the release day to now.

I've watched as warhawk went from the 5 maps, and the 2 hawks and jeep and tank to all of this.

All I can say, is that warhawk is one of my all time favorite games.

And the Jabra is a kinda cheap headset, better than nothing though.

I want/need this game so much! But I just dropped $60 on Infinite Undiscovery (preordered online and it already shipped). I really hope that one is better to me than it is to some of the gaming sites that have reviewed it thus far. It's made me a little worried that might money might have been better spent elsewhere. Not saying it's surely a bad on or anything... just saying that I was a lot more confident about the purchase before the reviews came out. God, I hope it turns out ok.

There's so many other games coming out in the next few months (including several betas I must play) that I just don't know if I can fit Warhawk into my budget. I'll have to check out some release dates and make a purchase plan or something.

If there is a game you're not so sure about, I'd say drop that and get Warhawk.

I really recommend Warhawk to anyone that doesn't mind multiplayer and third person shooter.

The game is really deep, from being totally chaotic, to leisurely times. The ranking system is really really detailed, giving information about stuff some people would have never even guessed about.

All I can say is it's a really fun game.

Just had a look at my wishlist and I think I will just hold off on a few titles till at least Christmas. There's a few like Fallout 3 (do not like Oblivion at all) that may not be worth it to me on day one and a few other single-player games that I believe can wait. I love online multiplayer games so I really do think I'll get Warhawk soon. And I've seen so many quite adamant about it so that only fuels my desire for the game that much more. Yes, I think I've made my decision.

Considering all of the mediocre reviews Infinite had I think you were better off buying Warhawk and the new mappack. I too was going to buy Infinite Undiscovery but I didnt cause of the reviews from credible websites that are even known to be biased towards the ps3. Its seems to me that the PS3 is gaining alot of momentum really quick and is coming strong with its exclusive titles. Makes me wonder what to do with my 360. I still want Fable 2, but is owning a console for one game a good reason to have it? I guess I could trade it in for the new xbox that will be coming really soon. And yes its coming, sooner then everyone thinks.

I love Warhawk but the problem is Sony likes to give me problems about the giftcards I use to buy content on PSN. Oh well Riteaid is getting the PSN cards next month and also I'm going to have more money in the bank to use my check card. So it will be no problem to get the new expansion pack.

it just seems perfect.
30$ greatest hits and now you get the three booster packs for the price of two. im sold.
and im so glad everyone here is saying good things about it, and how it brought them into online gaming
honestly it was Call of Duty Finest Hour on ps2 that got me hooked on online gaming, i couldnt put it down, playing against a real opponent and using ur head was just too much fun. the best online game IVE ever played is still Metal Gear Online, the old one for ps2.

...This game is all but dead. you can sit there for hours some days and wait for one or two others from this part of the world to join or create their own servers.

If you have to join games from outside the region and have a ping of 400+ then you may as well not bother.

@GiantEnemyCrab you're a joke, if you had the stones to be a decent player you would say that halo3 was pure garbage, the single was the lamest of the 3, "the plan was to kill themselves"(i migth not be and expert in games plots and such, but that doesn't seem like a plan ), and the only redeeming quality of the game was forge, on the other hand you have warhawk witch multiplayer maps where huge, the balance almost perfect, the vehicles put halo 1,2,3 in shame and the massive battles are awesome

I love WarHawk.. but with the Socom Beta coming out.. Gonna have to pass on the expansion.. Also the Jabra has done is job for me.. but once again with Socom being bundled with a awesome looking headset with chargeable stand.. Jabra will be retired.. it gave me almost 2 years of goodness...
