OMG a commercial actually showing the gameplay? No way!
Actually, the fact that the commercial was made FROM the game and is really the first game to ever do so, proves how revolutionary LBP will be.

I hope these commercials are shown in the UK - they are really good and make LBP look like loads of fun. They certainly make me want to buy the game! Mind you, I was buying it anyway...

to do my research on this game. i really don't see what the big deal is. yea u can make your own game and play it.......That is like this going to a restaurant and making ur own food.(if u can't cook then ur food sux..oh and i've been to a restaurant like that and back then i couldn't cook(that place sux)

It's a platformer, there's a full game on the disc, the level creation is just a main feature of it.

User created content is the next big thing in console gaming and this game allows anyone to do it.

5.2 - You've seen Garry's Mod and Trackmania for PC, right?
Just imagine those as a platform game on a console with an ambitious unique design and focus on physics.
Its already got a story mode anyway. But after that, its up to you!

The enjoyment of playing a creative game like LBP can come in many forms:

1. Collecting the trophies in the massive single player campaign?

2. Having a laugh playing co-op with mates?

3. Enjoying the best of the home-made levels?

4. Gaining the satisfaction of knowing that folk have been downloading the creation that you sweated over for hours?

5. Kratos Sackman?

if its a good game, the great, just add it to my list. some people collect stamps, i collect ps3 games. I have a some games that received great reviews, but i think suxed-RFoM for instance-(will be getting RFoM 2). Just need to do more research is all.

I think this game is beginning to draw me in. It is interesting, because in some ways this game reminds me of pixeljunk eden.....but a 3-d and more fleshed out version of it.
