I remember reading in a recent LBP interview that they are now aiming for oct-sep. So it might be released a little later so we can all enjoy socom/bioshock until then. Makes sense, considering the studio behind LBP has not made a full-scale game as a company before.

It's not at a bargain, it's at 59.99USD =( my friend who works at GameStop confirmed that to me. Take it as you want, I'm waiting a little while to get it unless I get some extra cash in the mean time.

Yeah, I don't see how they would discount it. They will sell many copies. Heck, Overlord came out on the PS3 at $59.99 when ported and that wasn't a landmark title.

LBP and Socom, probably play through Dead Space and Far Cry 2 as well. Then R2 and PoP in Nov. Maybe play through COD:W@W co-op campaign in Dec. then hopefully I can put down some of these games by Feb for KZ2.

I still want to own LBP Socom:C, Resistance 2, Motorstorm:PR Dead Space Naruto, Eternal Sonanta, POP:P and Wipeout:HD... I cant drop down so much cash i dont have the budget for it. sorry.

next year the first game of the year i'll be buying is KZ2... and then GOD OF WAR 3. bioshock better be a greatest hits title by then or it'll be a rental, Goodness, i've got to get a bigger HDD. because this fall is going to fill my HDD up with all these games.

Starting at about Sept, it will be time to enter my gaming cave. I may resurface once or twice, but with all the quality games coming out in the last third of '08, there will be little time for unnecessaries like family, eating and bathroom breaks.

Santa might be generous and extend that well into '09.

anyway, i'll see if i can get BOTH Bioshock and Little Big Planet, but i have to say, if i could ONLY choose one, it'd be LBP.

sorry Bioshock, you were one of two of the best games i played last year (with Uncharted being the other), and i never beat you, but those Sackboys are just too damn adorable.

i'll try and make sure i can fit those two in my budget for October. fingers crossed.
