Motorstorm: Pacific Rift - split-screen gameplay, controls

From PS3 Attitude: "The build we played was only 70% complete, but the split-screen was slick, fluid and fast. We noticed the controls have also had a facelift with the addition of features like a bunny-hop. These additional controls have been assigned to the d-pad, which will make for some interesting moments as you align your vehicle before attempting a new trick.

Despite the beta build, everything looked great and the action seemed as smooth as any other title, even in split-screen mode.

Footage is incredible, even in this crap quality. The lighting is amazing, it really brings the environment to life.

Oh, and yay for 4 player splitscreen! :)

4.1 - Funnily enough...
...it looks even better in the flesh (much more polished that the first MS title) and this is on a beta that's only 70% complete.

Sorry it's on a shaky-cam though, but you can still see the quality of the game...

Plain and simple. I am very excited for this one and loved the first one. It is a game that helped define the PS3 infancy and potential.

7 - I remember reading a while back that Pacific Rift wouldn't have the in car cam view
Thank God that was wrong because the in car camera is the only way to go.
