Long Bioshock PS3 install likely

DarkZero: The release of Bioshock on the PS3 may still be a long way off, but according the BBFC - who have recently rated the upcoming game - players will apparently have to sit through a 24 minute install before they venture into the dystopian city of Rapture. We say apparently, as the listing is not very exact in it's wording, and just remarks "00:05:24:00 BIOSHOCK PS INSTALL VID FINAL.BIK" as part of their listing.

was first as an acronym for "Grapes of Wrath". But to be honest, since God of War came out before Gears of War (in video game land), that acronym should, by rights of first come first serve, be God of War. I remember reading that all over the net a long time prior to Gears of War. Granted i'll give the fact that if you google GoW you'll see more Gears of War than God of War but that doesn't make it the soul possessor of that acronym. So GoW=God of war, and the next logical choice for Gears of War is GeoW.

I'm with the folks that call Gears of War, Gears, and God of War, GoW. I do this for a few reasons. First and foremost God of war is older, and had the acronym first, check Wikipedia. Secondly the reason that Gears of war has more google hits with the acronym is because Gears of war and Gears of war 2 have been in the press in the more recent past for a longer period of time, when God of war 3 is closer to release the google hits will go up. Lastly and the biggest reason for calling God of War: GoW, and Gears of War: Gears is that any other way to shorten their names, with the exception of Gow for Gears, sounds and looks stupid.

but while you dont have to buy any game first day, BioShock is a must play-im sure youve read reviews of the 360/pc versions, but the game is incredible and cant be missed

the PS3 with its current line-ups and options, have outsold the 360 for the past few months, hell even when the PS3 had little to no real good games, it outsold the 360 here and there. If you think the PS3 is on its way out or dying, your a dumbarse.

Sony isn't MS, once they smell fear they don't ditch their console and release another.

If anything the PS3 has improved and gaining momentum, sales and its current libarary of titles show it.

Speaking of bioshock NOT only will the PS3 be getting the great game, but it will also be the superior version for consoles, the installation isn't anything to cry about considered its worth it...you do more sh1t talking online and wasting your time, so waiting isn't an issue.

Talking about installs, the 360 will be following suit with some titles, get informed.

the whole installation crying and whining is freakin hilarious, people have lives, while it installs go on your PC, have a break, get something to eat, watch tv...before you know it, its done.

whats funny tho, PS3's graphical powerhouse UNCHARTED has zero installation time and barely any load times.

funny stuff.

Millions of people love Nickelback; they buy Nickelback albums, Nickelback t-shires, posters, they go to Nickelback concerts.

Does that mean Nickelback is good?
No. All that means that millions of people have extremely bad taste in music. It's doesn't change the fact the Nickelback is really really bad.

Dude the 360 sucks. The Wii well it's cute for an hour or two. But just because all your little buddies got one too, that doesn't mean it's good. Even if the playstation remains in last place (which won't happen slugger) it is still easily the best of the three consoles.
