Pachter: GTA IV won't sell more than 12 million units this year

VG247: Just had this from Michael Pachter: "Notwithstanding the strong sell-in of GTA, we do not expect the game to sell more than 12 million units this fiscal year. We believe that Take-Two remains a takeover story rather than a fundamental one."

the advertising campaign on gta was just as big, remember the large billboard ads in Chicago, LA and Newyork in extremely high profile area's? (fyi that's not cheap) There were multiple comercials per console build etc?

What did halo have? a promotional drink?

and also, the 360 version of GTA has not out sold halo 3.
