Nice to see they are using mocap this time. Animations on the first game seemed pretty sloppy. I hope they can finish it for november, insomniac have never not made good on their promises in regards to release date so i am pretty confident

re-purchased Rfom the other day. You get some wickid weapons on the second play through. This has to be the most under rated shooter out there. Great story, Great weapons, great controls, only good graphics.

Im sure R2 will be great. I was referring more t RFoM because alot of people said it sucked simply because it had average graphics. What they didnt realise is that once you get to some of the later missions the graphics are quite adept.

Graphics or not, Resistance in my book LOOKS more impressive with 20 friendlies and 20 enemies on screen all at once, all with there own AI's running, the amount of gunfire they create and particle effects everywhere, and still as about the smoothest framerate for a shooter of a console, than certain other shooters, that have pretty textures (read shiny/slimy looking) and 5 enemies at once and still stutters and chops.

To me its what more impressive overall, not what takes the better screen shot.

Hell yeah. There are some damn chaotic fiefights in resistance. Like trying to cros that walkway just after the first sniper section. Constant flood of enemies, god damn. I dont know how i passed it without the flashback grenades.

The battles in Resistance were crazy good and I expect R2 will be nothing less but with better graphics and textures. Insomniac has never disappointed and I don't think they will this time.

I make my own calls on what's AAA. Reviews can say what they want but if I love R1 and R&C(and I do) and think the games are superb... THEN THEY ARE! Reviewers can release whatever scores they want (biased or not) but the fact is I have many games that I consider triple A even if meta doesn't.

Can't wait for R2 to see what amazing things Insomniac cranks out. Those guys are AAA in my book.

Yeah the auger feels kind of lacking in RFoM because the curser turns red when its over an enemy, you fire, but sometimes they move and you dont know if they are dead or not. It really feels like the only unbalanced gun in the game. And not by much.

Also, WTF is with Resitance/Cloverfield??? How did they not get sued? Please tell me that cloverfield is an "our timeline spin off"

What do we think the chimera are? Are they aliens that did a WoTW thing and buried tech, or are they subterrainian natives? I noticed on one map that the russian invasion started in siberia, ala Tanguska or whatever its called. They cant be a man made virus due to their technologically advanced nature. And who is the real enemy? So far the chimera that we have faced are all Hybrids aren't they? Im not sure about the angels, but they hardly look capable of constructing hardware like we see in Fall of man. We see a lot of technology but no engineers. If the rumoured setinels are all infected humans with hales same natural resistance to the virus, when did they become infected. I assumed that they were american, as his transport is destroyed en-rout to america, yet if resistance is rare, when did the americans expose enough troops to the virus, yet have time to form a black ops team of the rarely immune.

So many questions
