Multiple sign-in feature in update 2.4

"While doing some digging, I got the information that it will be possible to have multiple local player sign-in in multiplayer game that support it.

What I know is that you will be able to access your information and upload your highscores."

Doodlepants has never let us down he was the first to tell us about Divx update and the 2d trophys

Kinda like Halo 3. For example if you have more than one xbox live accounts on your 360, you can play with up to four of those account at the same time while playing Halo 3 online. It good to see that Sony is making this feature available for all their online game.

ive never used this feature on my friend's 360; I get the gist of it. Lets say my friend and I have warhawk, he can come over and access his account at the same time as me, and we can record our scores in the multiplayer. But would this let me go over to my friends house, and access my account (my score, level, etc.0)?

hopefully i made myself clear :-X

It would probable use just the PSN accounts registered on the PS3 in question. Now, if you have your account on both PS3, It might store the trophy information server side and sync it between the 2.

so this means that if me and my roomie both have live accounts we can sign in on my 360 and play splitscreen ranked matches? or does this just count for unranked?

yes, both of you can log into live and play in ranked games, my son and I do it all the time. You can do it in all multi player split screen games not just halo 3

Of a ps3 game that this could be used for yet. WAit nvm this be peferct with Warhawk its annoying when ur friend is playing and it says #2 next it. Especially if they suck now it looks like you own and suck at the same time very confusing..
