Are people who have had one for such a long time that they've seen almost every store update.

A person who would buy one now would/should be very satisfied with the amount of available demos, trailers, PSN games, themes and wallpapers. What's available now is more than enough for a new customer. Now as for when I first got my PS3, that was another story. About a year and a half ago it was a desert with digital tumbleweeds.

EDIT-Fenderputty, you're definitely right as far as the updates go. I just meant that the content altogether in the PS Store is more than enough to keep a new PS3 owner busy for a week or two.

That's funny ... I thought it would be the other way around. At least it was for me. I've been watching them from day one and feel lucky that we're finally getting content. It would seem to me that the people who got a PS3 later would be spoiled a little and expect more.

Have to agree here as well.
I remember downloading movie trailers and watching game trailers and being content week to week, then when a demo actually came out I was ecstatic.
Now it's like a norm to have a packed update every week and I'm really satisfied.
New owners have no idea what old owners went through lol.
Sony is finally getting it together.
