New Bond Running on Call Of Duty 4 Engine

The news came out of an Activision conference call, when Activision CEO Mike Griffith said "We look forward to launching Bond: Quantum of Solace in Q3 concurrent with movie. This game uses the Call of Duty 4 engine and technology to bring Bond games to a new level."

To be fair what engine it runs on doesn't really matter, its how the dev's use that engine is what counts. Take the UE3 engine, theres some great games, but also some crap ones been made using it.

Yo dude just because its a game based on a movie doesnt mean people cant have high hopes for it. This is the first time I feel excited to see what the game is going to be like since rare made goldeneye.....finally EA isnt making their yearly crap with the franchise........

Im a huge Bond fan and im glad to hear that they are going to use an engine that did really well for another FPS...

Ah well hope it is good! Cant wait to see the new movie either.... lol

iron man movie was good but game was terrible. After the demo couldn't even get my self to play it again
Most games based on movies suck but you can always be proven wrong :)

I enjoy bond games, havent really been good since goldeneye. Still though it has the potential to be a decent shooter based on the cod4 engine and the fact that activision has some decent fps developers. As for angrybot a lot of your points are vaild but saying Ill reserve my judgement until the game comes out but saying until then its trash doesnt make any sense. Labeling it as trash would be a judgement ina nd of itself.
