What would you suggest I should of used? Maybe the same old picture of a PS3? Killzone was the highlight of the show so I used that. You should have reported during pending.

Thanks for being offensive all the same, reported.

Can't wait to hear about the new games that will be announced for the next-gen consoles at e3, and other games that are in development. Well glad to see what will come out in the fall.

3 - Good to see they're ahead of their sales projections.
And Reeves is right, the improvements to their software lineup and PSN are to thank. They already have almost as many online subscribers as Xbox Live (8 million vs. 11 million, I believe).

4 - Man...
...he does not seem very passionate about gaming. He could have been standing there talking about sales predictions for bottle milk and it would have come across as being just as dry.

yeah. I've always thought David Reeves is an idiot *cough* EU PSN *cough*. He just looks like the kind of guy that doesn't really know what he's talking about and isn't very passionate about gaming. Bring back Phil

They deserved it, though I won't forget past promises on the ps3.

Things are looking good for the playstation but a lot of there early promises still haven't come through. Better online than 360 from day one yet still no cross chat XMB etc, Home looks great but still not out. I wish they would keep there mouth shut sometimes rather than sell there hardware on promises. This does apply to MS as well.
But credit where its due sales are good and things look rosy.

9 - The PS3 is ready to win the war
The battles it's lost have only toughened it. The PS3 is here FTW.

Microsoft, you'd better have a good counter, cuz Gears Of War 2 isn't enough to hold back Metal Gear 4, Resistance 2, and Killzone 2.

I'm trying very hard not to laugh at this.

When we all saw the promise that was Motostorm and Killzone2 back in render form, it turned us into little excited kids again. The reality is that PS3 does not have that affect any more now that in truth we have a different quality to those said games.

I'm not questioning that PS3 is a great machine but talk about biggest disapointment of my life in realising it was all just a dream.

I really hope Killzone2 ends up playing well but the excitement just isn't as thrilling when watching the new stuff - the original E3 2005 was awesome like no other and i would buy a PS3 for 5x the price given it's better than anything quality back then.

Typical for Sony fans to forget what was originally promised

A decrease in bubbles and disagrees should at least prove how thick the majority of Sony loyals are.

11 - Adropacrich2: i have a ps3 but agree with some of those things
I must agree while my ps3 is a great machine Sony do talk a lot of rubbish. They did the same with the ps2 and why all buy into it.
Thing is they don't need to do this. There machines and games are enough for people to buy it so stop with all the false promises and stupid willy waving. I remeber them talking loads of bull about the emotion engine and they haven't stopped since. Just give us the games thats all we care about. For who knows next time round people might want more than promises of things to come and look elsewhere.

There you go people it is possible to talk about your machine of choice in a not entirely positive way.

360 is absurdly loud and dies a lot.I'm there for the games like Halo3 and Fable so i'm never likely to jump ship.I sure would like some of the best that PS3 will offer though in truth i don't have enough time to own even more of a collection - i'll stick with what i chose.Bluray or higher storage device would be great but it was an understandable choice really for MS allowing them to stay ahead in pricepoint - they needed that advantage given how strong the Sony brand is

To true. There are good games on both machines but if you have one you are unlikely to buy the other as it can work out to expensive to justify especially to the other half. Doesn't mean you have to put down a game like mass effect or halo just because there on the 360.
The 360 has some great games...probably some of the best ever made. To say a game is rubbish just because of its platform is crazy and short sighted.
