I just want something comparable to the Park Terminal & the Beach to play in MP, as those were two of the most played and fun levels in KILLZONE (Southern Hills and the Slums were great runner ups too).

I'm telling you....if there's anything close to the Park Terminal in KZII that looks like this......I may be the first person in world history to [-----------deleted----------- ] shotguns.

After watching it in HD i now can say the E3 2005 trailer has been surpassed.

2009 will be a great year with this, Final Fantasy 13, God Of War III and Twisted Metal Ps3 all coming out, and theres going to be even more than that.

I've only just noticed it since watching the HD trailer, the sight (white cross where gun is pointing), turns Red when you are over an enemy and Green when over your own team

Killzone 2, Resistance 2, Uncharted 2, LittleBigPlanet, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots...Good time to have PS3 :D

This trailer reminds me of what Halo 3 should have been (gritty graphics, brutality of war)

but with all the stories that was circulating this game, i started paying attention, and man i gotta tell you, this sh!t is insane. nothing, and i repeat, nothing will f*cking come close.

And anybody on here can check my history, i've never glorified this game, but i had to break my silence after i saw the direct feed.

Im a gamer, and my console of choice is ps3, and i've just caught a glimpse of BEYOND.....

Wow. Its been 24 hours since I last saw the Killzone footage and it just floored me again...Its as if I am seeing it again for the first time. Truly beyond words.

The only thing that would be better would be to see the intro to this level in HD. My god, the craft skipping across the water only to crash onto the shore, all the while, puffy, lingering, billowy clouds of smoke trail the incoming rockets and such. Unbelievable!!!

Everything seems so alive.

It looks like no matter what you shoot at, a piece would break off, or splinter or chip. Theres dust flying around everywhere you can almost FEEL the air.

The animation is superb. It's beyond even Pixar quality. The soldier bodies look like they really have weight to them as they run around, vaulting low hurdles, and then when they're shot, its another level all together.

Watch a volley of bullets in slow motion. One hits and he reacts accordingly. The second hits while the animation is still playing but it blends straight into the next one and then the third, each one moving as you'd expect and in the right directions.

This is actually BETTER than a movie where an actor will simply shake his shoulders as sqibs fire off, hoping he's in time and it looks alright. Killzone is location, angle and velocity specific reacting far more accurately than an actor ever could.

Have I conveyed to you how good the bullet hits are yet?

I didn't really notice the blood much. Have they toned it down since we last saw it? I hope not, cos it looked like the best blood ever before, splattering and pooling in big liquid gulps. Maybe thats why, it was too real.
