Yeah, too many games coming this fall + exclusive games. Thats why I dont really mind if they delay it. Its still a must have for me

It is amazing how much hype even a mediocre title like this gets. How many stories did they post about this being the most revolutionary game ever? The killer app of '08? It wasn't long b4 users started buying the hype and hailing this game as there must have.

Then what happened? They actually released some footage. And it was an eyesore at that. People got to form their own opinions of this game and they weren't so positive anymore.

Anyways, maybe the devs. will get smart and release this game in those long winter months when hardly anything good comes out. I'm sick of the video game industry trying to be the movie industry, and release all their good titles in one or two seasons, leaving the rest of the year to be a monumental bore.

There is no sandbox game to be released within the next 6 months that stands a chance of stealing GTA4's thunder.

I don't quite think it's the Holy Grail like the rest of the world does, but...I won't influence sales and opinion as much as the masses, so again I say...smart move if true.

15 - It will be interesting to see how Saints Row 2 and Mercenaries 2 do...
I think Saints Row 2 will suffer the most because of GTAIV.

Mercenaries 2 has some unique selling points. All in all there are too many sandbox games coming out at the moment. So a delay is a smart move...
