This week from Sony we get:
New store interface which is excellent!
Star Dust HD upgrade / add on.
Firmware upgrades.
Warhawk upgrades / add on.
Metal Gear Solid 4 Online sign ups.
Some updates for DS3 support like Tekken:DR
oh and GT5P (the best selling racing franchise in gaming history).

Yeah I have to agree. It's one sorry update from Sony. Get your act together Sony because I can't stand having this many choices. It's just too confusing. They should be ashamed.

i downloaded that two days ago from the uk store. it sucked really bad and even crashed my ps3 :s stick with pes mate ;)

Nice price for GT5. I'm not a huge racing fan, so I may rent it first... but I'll definitely buy it from the PS store if I do in fact decide to buy it.

...also interested in that Warhawk Booster pack, though I hate paying for add-on maps and vehicles.

The surprise for the US was from Konami and it was the chance to get in the beta.

The PSN surprise for a free game every 1/50 people was for Japan only.

8 - I don't know what to do ....
I have the omega dawn pack already. I haven't played too much Warhawk since COD4 came out. Should I get the pack? Should I get GT5P? I'm one of the people who think it's a little to much to ask for 2/3 the full price for a game that 1/4 of the final content. Then there's the COD4 mappacks? IW has been letting me down lately and the network issues are really starting to piss me off. Then there's GTA4. I'm not a huge fan of the series and as such, I'm on the edge about whether I should get it or not. Do I just bite the costly bullet and get them all? Do I only get one or two of those? Do I get none and wait till June 12th?

lol ... stark contrast to last year at this time when there was nothing to buy I guess!

8.1 - I'm pretty much through w/ CoD4; I won't be buying the map pack.
I probably won't buy the Warhawk expansion either. GTA4 will take enough of my time. I have had enough people I trust tell me GT5 Prologue is really good, so I may end up checking it out.

Between COD4 and Warhawk, I'd go with COD4 only cuz it's a guaranteed good time. Warhawk gets a little boring after a few hours of play imo, even with new maps.

The thing for me with the COD4 map pack is that I'm still contemplating if I should get it at all cuz it comes out on Thursday and GTA comes out on Tuesday. I'm thinking it'll just be a waste of money to buy it now just for the double xp weekend then it gets thrown to the side for what looks like the rest of the year.

I don't know if I can wait a year for the full GT5. GTA4 added a multilayer and seems to be pretty kick ass. I'll probably want it. COD4 map packs sounds interesting enough to warrant the cost of two beers at a bar. Warhawk was fun as hell and, even though I don't play it much anymore, I would like to have everything for when I do pick the game up to play.

I never complain about the store updates. I know they just released the new store interface, I just was expecting a little more content. Surprise that they don't have the Resistance 2 trailer thats out online.

I'll probably pick up the Warhawk booster pack. I do love the new store, slick.
