First gameplay video Unreal Tournament 2007

Another video from Sony's Gamer Day. This time it's the first gameplay video of Unreal Tournament 2007. The game is already announced for Playstation 3 and PC, but rumours say a Xbox 360 version will be released as well.

1 - Best...engine...ever

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Unreal still lags in the physics department (I know they use Karma...not sure if there is anything more "core").

That one caveat aside, the engine is absolutely gorgeous and is on par, if not better, than anything out there.

With what we've seen from this on the PS3 and PC and GOW on the 360, Epic has really taken the next-gen engine crown.

Now please release it on the 360 so we can use some sort of "Live Anywhere"-'Gamespy' crossover hack so PS3 and 360 users can battle it out for world supremecy...if any game could concievably allow us to create a hack to do this, it would be this one.

It would never happen, but, How awesome it would be if Sony and MS agreed to make a MMO or a FPS game to be played across both of their online networks. The game could come out for both systems on the same day. Lets say that there are 1000 leaderboards hinting at the best players in the world across different tasks and what system they perfere or play on. I "BLINDLY" say PS3 fans would rule more of the leaderboads but MS Xbox 360 does well with FPS gaming.

Anyways, I so want this game to come out for Xbox 360. I will own a PS3 but for the reasons of Sony's First Party titles. The game looks so detailed! Unreal Tourament 2007 will rock hard everywhere upon release!

Oh yes it will. If it's on PC, it's coming to 360.

Don't forget. Epic works multiformat unless said/paid of as an exclusive. Now Gears of War is confirmed to be an exclusive, UT2007 is only said to be announced for PC/PS3 at this time. No exclusive.

They can't shoot themselve in the foot (Epic is) by having Gears and UT available at the same time. UT2007 will arrive for 360 somewhere in 2007 though

Furthermore, 360 has 10 million users this CHristmas, estimated 8 million by Christmas 2007. That's a large market to sell games to. Just as Assassins Creed it'll come to 360 for sure

Never been much of an Unreal fan, so I'll stick with GOW and Halo 3. Graphically, the game looks impressive though. I hope PS3 owners enjoy it.

I really dont see how this can work on a console...I used to play Unreal 2004 like crazy before Halo 2 came out. Unreal 2004 has tons of options(can control ur speed, ur jump, how fast u shoot, etc...) and different ways to play...anybody ever try "instagib?"
I'm kinda curious how this game would work on a console...cuz this game is to complicated for a controller. I'll stick with the PC version.

TheMart,your in a fantasy world.UT2007 is for PS3 & PC only(no X360 version planned).Xbots keep dreamin,the X360 has not sold anywhere near 10 million yet,lucky if its 7-8 million tops.

No one knows for shure yet. But you do remember AC was not going to be on 360. So I say if your a angry Sony fan wait to see what gose down before you say never. UR2007 looks fun for un real and looks great too. But GOW is killing it all day.

expect something like that from a PS3 fan. all he has to do is see the unreal sold better on xbox1 than ps2. other than halo unreal championship was the most played game on live.so you better believe that this game is coming to xbox, they just dont want it to fight with GOW. with that being said, I think that HALO 3 is done also, but part of the deal with epic, GOW had to be the biggest game of this year,Gates is a smart man an I dont think he would have said that Halo3 will launch along with the PS3 if it wasnt close to being done.there was an article that said they were play testing the mulitplayer.an lets be honest if halo 3 was being released this year it would be more hyped than gears would, therefore killing that games sales!just my opinion I think its done.

Ony want GOW to be on 360. As a game I don't care what system it's on......I just want it on the system I have.

11 - PHYSICS?

When will epic update there physics. GOW has sub-par physics also. Put the games back in the oven and work on the physics. Graphics look good, but the physics sucks a$$. Same for GEARS of War. Killer graphics/animation, but PS1/N64 physics.

This game will probaly come out for the Xbox 360, why would they annouce it for the PS3 and PC only. I suppose its because Epic wanted Gears of War to sell like hot cakes and then annouce and release this game on the Xbox 360, PC and PS3. Remember Live anywhere for Xbox 360 users, PC users and Mobile Phone users. The PS3 and PC will be able to connect up but i think they are using XFire, not sure.
