GTA IV will cost more on PS3, says major UK retailer

well lets consider a couple of things first. I think it depends on the retailer but let us assume it doesn't. This whole argument is based on, whether consumers will be buying 360's for GTA4 or ps3's for GTA4. 5 extra pounds will not stop anyone from buying a 160 pound plus console. So why all the excitement over such ordinary rumors?

CORRECT MR PLAYBOY! If you are a GTA fan you actually PLAY the missions you will want the exclusive content. Only people buying the PS3 version are hardcore Sony fans. Everyone else will buy the version with the most content.

The interesting part is that SONY does not give a f**k about this... SONY doesn't need to expend hardcore amounts to sale more multiplat games, when selling SCEE titles like hot bread.

both ps3 and xbox360 versions are priced the same, Ive pre-ordered mine already and paid full price...same as 360 version...so this article is a waste...and yes i read the stupid article and saw the stupid pic...so don't comment omg I'm wrong...fact of life...your wrong...

My main point here is that, I really don't care.

People are gettign GTA IV for whatever system they want. If they think DLC that you ahve to pay for, is worth more than future proofing your entertainment system, then go with it. If you have both consoles, I would actually still go with PS3 version, Sixaxis is going to be used in a special way Houser said.

And £5 is not soemthign I am goign to moan about, especially sice I'll shop fir it in Woolworths or somewhere where the prices are even, and let me tell you it is only Woolworths.

I am getting the PS3 version, and I haven't even pre-ordered, day one purchase instead.

In that case, you concede that the 360 version of the game is in fact more expensive than the PS3 version. Unless, of course, you think that MS will be GIVING the content away.
