Warhawk Patch 1.4 to include new Game Modes

At the Playstation Blog, Dylan Jobe posted a comment saying:

"We have a lot of new designs at various phases of development so I can't say which ones will make the cut for the v 1.4 patch just yet…but rest assure that the next patch *will* have new modes, and of course, they will be free."

Haven't touched that thing in months. Once they drop In-Game XMB, Ill be back on it, cause this is ridiculous.

But Nintendo never made a promise of having it. Sony keeps makin' promises they're not keepin. Don't get me wrong, I dig the PS3, best system out, but Smash Bros is just the best game out right now.

However, once Home and In-Game XMB drop, PS3 will be mad fun to use again.

won't include the APC? :( What will it include then; just the wrench and bio-field generator????

When will 1.4 arrive? I like the fact that it will be bigger than Omega Dawn (which is gargantuan), but will there be snow????

No the dload includes the new game modes and the new booster includes the apc, stage, new weapons.

yeah I saw the puzzle at playstation blog, but was wondering if the APC was intended for 1.3 or won't be coming until the booster. From what I've read there the APC won't be available this time around, but that's ok. Everyhthing else I'm reading and seeing just set this game firmly in "my all time greats" category. Good times ahead for lovers of the 'Hawk. This is the definitive MMOTPS experience at the moment for hardcore gamers.

Wow, I like the support they're giving this game. That APC looks REALLY powerful though, I wonder how it'll hold up in the currently superbly balanced combat.

Snow is coming in Broken Mirror, there won't be an APC w/ 1.3 and I guess my only question remaining is when will 1.4 arrive? DJ and the gang are already working on WarHawk II?? Fkn awesome!!!!!!

Best MP on the market hands down imho.

Patch 1.3: Mechanic Field Wrench, Bio-field Generator, bug fixes such as Invisible Tank glitch. Free!

Operation: Broken Mirror: Vaporfield Glacier, APC. Cost like 8 bucks.

Patch 1.4: New game modes and som other new stuff...free.

12.2 - There is no invisible tank glitch...
Tanks don't show on active radar until in the act of firing. Otherwise they roll through town undetected. Most people that complained about it, had and still have little success defending against it. I was not one of them.

So we'll see the Snow level (Op: Broken Mirror) available for purchase in just a few days? Very cool.

There was an invisible tank glitch, that to the best of my knowledge has been fixed. Incognito themselves acknowledged it prior to 1.2 and that was part of the reason they decided to start the Warhawk Arbiters to police cheaters. I know because in a CTF match in the Badlands a guy was shooting us in a tank and he was nowhere in the area, actually I think he was technically halfway across the map.

There was also a video on Youtube showing how to do it and how to spot someone doing it, it's been edited though http://www.youtube.com/watc... Someone in a game a few weeks ago did the same thing in the dropship and was shooting Warhawks down from under the water, and they couldn't do anything about it. I was a passenger in the thing and couldn't get out until he left the water.

that video is really old but does show teh w*e guys at their best. Most likely lag swithces or some type of latency enabled gag which allowed them to enter underwater without self-destruct. Must be beta build (I've done it myself ~~ not possible any more) about 100% sure this has been eradicated by Jobe and co. and automatic bans are in place for anyone reported as I understand at the official WH forums.
