I cant wait for "Portable Copy" on Blu-ray titles where you can use the PS3 to transfer a copy of the film on the PSP!

This is awesome...can't wait until this is the norm. That way you have a choice of how to watch your movies without having to purchase different formats. Sony really needs to give up their UMD movies and focus on this.

wait a second. so sony are effectively putting pre-ripped copies on dvd movie discs, as well as the regular movie? this is despite the fact that in an attempt to stop people ripping or copying, they put rootkits on cds and dvds, and developed bd+ in addition to aacs for bluray?
now they go ahead and make it even easier? what the hell?
