European PS Store updates for 6th March

23
The flOw expansion pack makes its way to Europe, as does some additional Guitar Hero III DLC.

In addition, there are a stack of videos this week plus a new theme for the PS3 XMB.

Yeah, a bit of a let down huh.

Still ill be downloading echochrome for both PSP and PS3 as soon as i get home. Even with it being from the Japanese store as they have included an English version!

I'll keep my eyes open for the US update i guess.

2 - The GH III content...
...is always welcome. We've had very little in terms of extra tracks in Europe.

Nice to get the flOw expansion, but a real shame that the stuff we know SHOULD be turning up just isn't appearing.

Still no PAiN, how long can this game take to localise considering the only real speech in the game appears to be screaming?

Localisation starts:
add French accent scream
add German accent scream
Localisation complete!

If a game like MGS4 which is sure to be filled with hours of videos and speech can be released world wide on the same day with complete localisation why do PSN games take so blooming long to go through the process?

Mind, its still an improvement on last weeks poor effort!

One last thing, I had an email a few weeks back about discounted PSN games but I haven't seen anything else abut it, anyone else have any details yet?

6.1 - PAIN is coming
PAIN arrives this month - we're expecting it to be next week or the week after at the latest.

echochrome will be launched in the UK and Europe during May, so grab the demo from the Japanese PS Store today if you want an early taste of what's to come.

I already got the Echnochrome demo from the HK store, its very good and quite different to anything I have played before.

Its good to hear about PAiN next week but as with anything related to the PSN release schedule I will take it with a pinch of salt.

not that i dont like my ps3, i love it, its just theres really no reason for me to go on it because i dont have many games...

Watching the Oblivion, Shivering Isles trailer, reminded me that we havent even got Shivering Isles on the PSN yet!! At least this must mean its comming.
