DLB isn't just one of those internet "peeps" leaking footage...he's been doing this a long time, and he's actually very respected for his opinions and videos and product demos (controllers, accessories, etc.)

His videos on youtube get thousands upon thousands of views.

One of his videos got about 150,000 views, and a few others are around 30,000 views and quite a bunch between 5 and 10 thousand as well.

Know before you speak.

8 - Where is tent city in Home?
because I'm sure not going to buy the house, furniture, etc. I do that in real life, no need to have a Sony mortgage as well.

They should make it so your avatar will die if he doesn't eat/drink like a tamagochi(sp) that way Sony can charge for virtual food and drink.
