Many of the improvements are subtle, but the changes and additions to College Hoops 2K8 make it the best game in the series.

The Good
* Plenty of game modes
* Nice customization options
* Gameplay is as solid as ever
* Robust online component
* Fantastic audio.

The Bad
* Once again, too many missed layups
* Controls have gotten too complicated
* Recruiting gets tedious and isn't helped by the poor menus.
