Retail Scoop: New Releases Week of October 6, 2009

In affiliation with Amazon.com, TripleChat is happy to bring you the new releases each week for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation Portable. Along with new game releases they will also highlight the top five bluray releases each week that we feel will best suite movie and TV show fans alike.

This Week: It's a good week to be a gamer as there are two big imports headed to the PS3. Demons Soul and Afrika both mark their North American debuts. Joining them this week is the long in the making Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising.

For NBA fans, the three different NBA franchises come out this week - though SCEA's NBA 10 is only coming out for the PSP this year it seems.

Movie/TV fans have their options of both the SAW videogame as well as the newest Star Wars game based off the animated series.

Bluray wise, all in all a pretty weak week though Disney does release Snow White in high def glory. Joining Snow White is the catalog release of Contact, the newest season of Bones, the Jack Black comedy Year One, and both versions of Miracle on 34th Street.

Bonus offers this week include...
